So I bet most of you have watched the movie. I have a question in mind: What if... What if the world suddenly becomes the disastrous planet that we saw in the movie? You know... Based on the countless catastrophic events that plagued our planet these few years (like the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and the 2008 Sichuan earthquake), I believe that the apocalypse will soon befall on each and everyone of us. You see, the chained events are actually a glaring warning to us earthlings. Maybe not in 2012, but I'm pretty sure the day will definitely come if we still do not care about what's happening to the very world we live in. Mother Earth, may you rest in peace!

WebPoint VPN

What's a VPN, you may ask? Sounds incredibly techy and geeky, right?

VPN, or virtual private network, is a network that uses a public telecommunication infrastructure, such as the Internet, to provide remote offices or individual users with secure access to their organization's network. It can be contrasted with an expensive system of owned or leased lines that can only be used by one organization. The goal is to provide the organization with the same capabilities, but at a much lower cost.

WebPoint VPN is offering a user-friendly application that's both easy to use and gives you what you wish for from a reliable VPN provider. Now you can access every PC on your network securely and run your usual PC errands without any worries!

Still not convinced? Here are the top 5 reasons why you should sign up with WebPoint VPN by Vedivi:

  • You can remote access any PC using your favourite remote screen software like Remote Desktop Connection, UltraVNC, etc.
  • You can remotely open your shared drives directly from Windows Explorer or map remote shares on your local computer.
  • Open documents directly from within your applications (such as Microsoft Word or Excel), even if you’re away from the office.
  • Take your music & movies with you. Play your files directly from your remote computer.
  • You can print local documents on your remote printer.
And oh, did I tell you that it works perfectly well with Microsoft's amazing Windows 7 operating system? That's a bonus, ya know! ;)

So what are you guys still waiting for? Sign up now! I know... We all wanna try it first before making any purchase, right? Fret not, as you can definitely run the trial version absolutely FREE! Try it, then decide for yourself. Remember, your networking future is in your hands!

I'm like a bird...

Hol's comin'!

I still have one more paper to go and I'm free! This hol is gonna get loaded with activities. There's a week-long camp waiting for me to join, followed by another week-long vacation which I've been looking forward to since last semester (guess!). I hope everything goes smooth for me, and a glitchless holiday is all I need. Can't wait!
