What's the right major for me? Hmm...

"You scored as History/Anthropology/LiberalArts. You should strongly consider majoring (or minoring) in History, Anthropology, or related majors (e.g. African and African-American Studies, Chinese, Classics, Cultural Studies, Economics, English, French, Geography, German, Greek, Hebrew, International Studies, Philosophy, Women's Studies, or other Liberal Arts majors).

It is possible that the best major for you is your 2nd, 3rd, or even 5th listed category, so be sure to consider ALL majors in your OTHER high scoring categories (below). You may score high in a category you didnt think you would--it is possible that a great major for you is something you once dismissed as not for you. The right major for you will be something 1) you love and enjoy and 2) are really great at it.

Consider adding a minor or double majoring to make yourself standout and to combine your interests. Please post your results in your myspace/blog/journal."

WHAT MAJOR IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
created with QuizFarm.com

Considering the fact that I'm a Form 6 physics student, what a big shame to see that I'd actually scored the lowest for that particular subject! Gosh... Perhaps physics is not the right path for me. Maybe I should go and search for a better way out. Hmm...

I have a deep passion for architecture. I enjoy gazing at the impressive historical monuments and modern skyscrapers featured in books, photos and on TV. Although I've always wanted to become an architect, but my lack of interest in physics and mathematics (which are the essentials for architecture) might have ruined my ambition. :headache:

I love world history. I love cultures. I love languages. And I'm certainly passionate about religions. Perhaps I should consider majoring and minoring in anthropology, theology, history or languages. Definitely not a wise choice for science students like me, eh? I just couldn't believe that my probable choice of major would deviate so much from the science stream! Arghhh... Somebody please enlighten me! :gratitude:

ok here's my comment. being ur fren for long i know tat u r really really really interested in all those stuff. history(except malaysian history), cultures languages..especially RELIGION.God..tat's like all u talk about sometimes..once u get into these topics u become so enthusiastic..n ur knowledge in dis area is oso very wide..izit really wide or izit cos mine is so narrow tat to me urs is super wide. anw it's obvious tat u really hv d interest la..tat's like d total opposite of me. but then i know u love architecture too..n i thk u wld do well since u r so artistic n very creative. too bad ure not interested in physics n math, tat's like so important in architecture unless u wan all ur designed buildings to crash one by one. haih..i think im repeating wat u said la. dis is so boring. to cut it short, d conclusion is i really dunno how to advise u. if u ask me i'd hope u cld be an architect, wld be interesting to c d buildings u design..definitely wil be very different from d others, n if ure really gd u cld be really successful. but then dunno la..u dun like physics n math..so i feel like im talking so much meaningless rubbish here. conclusion is i really dunno too. tho honestly i really cant imagine studying something like history or religion..i'd rather die than study those things. jz leave ur options open for now..u can decide later..concentrate on ur stpm first la.. all d best.

Haha... Imagine that the buildings (especially skyscrapers) that I've designed collapse one by one! Then it would become the hottest issue on earth! :P

Maybe I'll let my fate determines my future. 顺其自然嘛! I believe there would be an exit for every major that I'm going to choose.

1) Chase for ur dream unless u really dun like it anymore.

2) Think twice b4u proceed to another level of study.

3) Dun study courses that u dun like, u will regret.

4) Consider studying overseas if u really wanna study architecture. Like Australia, u will need prerequisite subject liake physics, specialist math and I think most other countries require the same thing. So, dun like these subjects, sorry, to be truth, dun invest ur future there....Hahaha, mayb u can be a politician.........

5) Tat's all my advice, this is a matter of utmost serious, dun play play......

I'll give you a YES immediately if you wanna sponsor me there. :P Yet, who wanna accept my lame results? Nobody. Not even me.

Now I'm really confused. I don't really know which path is the most suitable for me, since I have grown much passion in each of the aforementioned routes. Haih~ I hate making decisions!
